At Noble Nanny & Domestics our specialized Child Care Consultants will always take the time to answer your questions and support you. Whether you are a new parent transitioning back to work or in need of a baby nurse or a family needing elderly care, we work tirelessly to find your family the perfect match!

When a family initiates their search with our agency they are hoping for and should expect top-level service. That is exactly what Noble Nanny & Domestics strives for and provides.

Our nannies come from all over. All are legal to work and have strong references of a minimum of two years experience Some are pre-school teachers or have a teaching credentials and others are career nannies but all have a passion for children.

Following is an idea of duties you can expect from your nanny:

  • Helping with morning routine: breakfast, dressing, school lunches, tidying up house
  • Preparing meals for children (also for parents if needed)
  • Drive children to school, schedule play dates, classes and appointments
  • Laundry for children
  • Child development, age appropriate games and toys, story time, ready and exploring their world
  • Nanny/family assistants also help with household management (especially with school aged children)
  • Homework

COMPENSATION

Compensation for a Nanny is usually based on two factors: the amount of experience your Nanny brings to the position and the duties included in the Nanny job description. We can help you determine the appropriate compensation that will work for your family and the Nanny.

SALARY

Full-time Nannies who live in the home work between 35 and 55 hours per week and earn between $650.00 – $1850.00 on average depending on state. Full-time Nannies who live outside the home work more than 35 hours per week typically earn $15.00 to $35.00 per hour. Part-time Nannies generally work between 20 and 35 hours per week and likewise earn $15.00 – $35.00 per hour. All varies on experience and state where hiring.
